Christina Missey, Esq.

U.S. Immigration Lawyer - Of Counsel

Christina has been advocating for noncitizens as a licensed attorney since 2017. She has extensive experience representing and obtaining humanitarian relief for noncitizens either before the immigration court or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She found her interest in immigration law during law school as a student attorney in an immigrant and human rights clinic. During her time there, she had the opportunity to zealously advocate for immigrant women and children of domestic violence, child trafficking victims, and immigrants in ICE detention.

After completing law school, Christina continued to practice immigration law and expanded her experience into business immigration. Christina has experience working with computer science and technology professionals and medical professionals in obtaining temporary work visas, national interest waivers, and employer-sponsored or self-sponsored green cards.

Christina also gives back to the community by volunteering as a pro bono attorney. Christina is an active member of the Illinois State Bar and is licensed to practice law before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
