I have a situation where I'm trying to get a medical "visitors" visa to the US for a neighbor's family member and I called 3 other immigration law firms (2 of whom I've worked with previously) to... find out if my neighbor's friend would even quality for a visa and all 3 firms wouldn't help me without a minimum payment of $200.00.
